In the last 8 years she has completed a music business degree and steadily carved a path for herself in the live industry having created amazing opportunities for herself and her career.

Production Coordination
My main role on tour is as production coordinator. In this role I have learnt and worked with some amazing production and tour managers and it has allowed me to fully understand the direction I want to take my career in. I have managed to quickly scale up from tour to tour as production coordinator and work with some amazing crews and vendors and really build my contact list and network. I love every aspect of my job and live music and so do all I can to ensure we have a good day and great show.
CoTour- Travel Agency
In working as a production coordinator, I have worked with Cotour on a variety of my tours. At the start of 2024 I learnt how to sell air with the help of CoTour and now work and as a PC and TA. I have found being able to book and manage every aspect of air and hotels directly so beneficial to my PC work and makes it a smooth and seamless ship.
I enjoying working as a TA a lot and I massively enjoying being able to bring that skill to the table as a PC.
Tour Management
With experience across the UK, Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Egypt, I have worked on tours across the world with experience in the TM position. From every aspect of touring, I am able to provide support and expertise that one only gains from time on the road. The ability to work and communicate with teams across the world and across many languages to produce a seamless show is integral to touring and something I excel in.
Merchandise Management
Merchandise was my way into the industry and something I love and know very well in and out. I have experience in all levels, from working as part of a concession to selling small shows and tours to managing merchandise on large tours and dealing with concessions across the world from theatre to Stadium level. I have deep knowledge of everything to do with touring merchandise and especially since Brexit, knowledge and experience dealing with merch between the borders. A lot of my touring experience originated here with Merch Traffic, and from here I networked and created opportunities for myself in other areas I am interested in.
Neon Street Touring
During the pandemic I picked up work at Neon Street initially working in the warehouse fulfilling orders from online stores. During my time here I progressed to manage customer service across a range of online stores, run accreditation and customer service for Good Vibrations Society Festival and was involved with a large variety of events and shows that Neon Street work with.
University
I spent 3 years studying music business at The Academy of Contemporary Music. During my time there I worked tirelessly in and out of uni to get my career started, and am now in the position where I have a constantly busy diary. Whilst at uni I worked on 8 tours and countless events, so I have learnt great time management skills making sure I honour my work commitments whilst also attending and completing university.
Degree- BA in Music Business and Innovation
I was very lucky to start touring with Immy quite near the start of her career and have been lucky enough to see her become what working in the music industry should be like. With incredible social skills that can calm the most complex of issues, technical or personal, the work ethic to get the job done regardless of what her role is and the sheer compassion she has with her fellow touring team make her an invaluable member and quite frankly a very sought after member of any team I put together.

"I first met Immy working merch for a show that I was repping and could tell from that moment she would be a great member of the team on a tour that I was tour managing. We finally got to tour together in March 2020 and she was a fantastic asset to have on the tour as my tour assistant and also overseeing the merchandise for the artist. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and always conscientious when it came to getting on with aspects of the tour that needed looking after when other crew members were tied up.
